SHIPPING

Please Note: ALL of our items are handmade. If it is a "Made to Order" Item, this means there will be a 7-10 waiting period (unless otherwise stated). We ship in the order we receive, so bare with us. We promise it will be worth the wait! Confirmation emails will be sent and any extra information will be included so that you are well informed! When your item has been shipped, a shipping email will also be sent, including your tracking number.

If you need something to be sent quicker for whatever reason, PLEASE email us so we can accommodate your needs. We want ya to get your things! [email protected]

If you didn't know A.N.I. is based out of Chicago, Illinois. We do not ship Internationally YET but SOOOOOON! If there is a demand for us internationally, please email us so that we know international folks are interested!

There are only two of us running this business, so cut us sisters some slack! ;)

PAYMENT

Currently we are using PayPal to complete all of our transactions. If this is not pleasing to you and you would still like to buy something from us, please don't hesitate to send us an email [email protected]

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

In the very rare case that you would want to send something back ;), we except exchanges up to 10 days after you receive your item(s). Refunds are offered up to 10 days as well, with you paying the shipping back to us. Custom orders are final, however.

We are nor responsible for packages that are undelivered, misdelivered, or damaged in transit PROVIDED that I shipped to the address in the paypal receipt unless otherwise specified by the customer. If you have questions about shipping, email [email protected]
